Bridgeport Speech is Headed to State
SEVEN Bridgeport Events Qualify; Team takes Runner-Up
The Bridgeport speech team traveled to Ainsworth last Saturday for District C1-6 action. Bridgeport scored ninety-nine points on the day, which earned them District Runner-Up honors. The Bulldogs competed against Ainsworth, Kearney Catholic, Southern Valley, Hershey, Bayard, Gordon-Rushville, Morrill, and Kimball. Quiz Bowlers win at Mitchell
The Bridgeport High School Quiz Bowl recently competed at the Mitchell Invitational Quiz Bowl Meet, testing their knowledge against Bayard, Gordon-Rushville and host team Mitchell. On Tuesday and Thursday, the Bridgeport girls basketball team traveled to Gering to compete in the C2-12 sub district competition. The first game was against Hemingford.
