Varsity Girls win over Hemingford

The varsity girls did a great job in Hemingford on Friday night. Bridgeport won the game against the Lady Bobcats 52-27. Bridgeport's leading scorer was Bethany P. with 13 points. Natalie H. added 9 and Cassie W. had 8. Also scoring for Bridgeport were Ashley V. with 7, Morgan F. with 5, Tonya B. with 5, Molly S. with 3 and Lauren F. with 2.
Cassie L. had five assists, while Cassie W. had 10 offensive rebounds, Natalie H. had 9 offensive rebounds, 8 defensive rebounds and 6 blocked shots. Tonya B. registered 10 offensive rebounds and 8 defensive rebounds. Morgan F. had 13 steals while Lauren F. had 11 steals.
Bridgeport resumes action over the Christmas break with Holiday action in Alliance.
