Mrs. Haeffelin's Globe Project

This week the 4th grade students were studying continents, oceans, prime meridian, international date line and had to be able to place them on a "custom made" globe. They each had a balloon and glued blue tissue paper around it (for the water) and then had to either draw the continents or cut out and color them. Next, they had to place them on the globe in the correct location. They also had to label the oceans, the equator, the prime meridian and dateline.
